If you are sending out your press release and you have a question, we're only a phone call away. When you can't remember your password, we're there. Sending out your release at the weekends or at night? We have provided you with an emergency mobile number to call with your query. And it is always on.

Training on the system

New to the system? Unsure about how best to go about sending your first release? We can provide you with in-depth training so that you know all of the ins and outs of our website. We know change can be tough, so we offer to help you adjust.

Release reports & customer feedback

Sometimes, when you send a press release from MediaHQ, it won't send to one of your selected contacts. Sometimes an inbox is full, a person is on leave, or their email address is incorrect. Do not despair. We monitor each media release that's sent on our system. We check each bounced email, and get to the bottom of each problem. Then we send you a handy email with the changes, and details of how to resend your release to these new contacts.
